Welcome to our product. Please read the following content patiently. The hardware device you purchased needs to be used in conjunction with our app Zero GPS. The video is an introductory tutorial. Please follow the steps below to operate:
  1. Find the Sim card slot on the side of the device and insert the pre prepared Sim card.
  2. Sim cards need to have wireless internet access enabled in order to transmit location data to the server.
  3. If it is a wireless device, please fully charge the device and turn it on.
  4. Download the App Zero GPS, which can be obtained by scanning the QR code downloaded from the App in the instruction manual.
  5. After the app is installed, open the app and enter the login page.
  6. Please enter the numerical ID under the barcode on the side of the device into the user text box on the login page. The default password is '123456'.
  7. After confirming the login and entering the APP, you can use this device normally. To ensure security, please change the default password after logging in.
  8. If the device does not display the correct location on the map, please place the device in an outdoor location with good signal to initialize the search for stars.
